摘要
经济增长空间上的不平衡和地区收入差距的扩大已经成为近年来中国经济面临的重要问题。在一个技术外部性的视角下,这篇文章考察了工业生产的空间组织对经济增长地理结构的影响。理论和经验的分析表明,在逐渐成长起来的市场力量的作用下,技术外部性、工业集聚和地区经济增长之间正反馈机制产生的规模报酬递增延续和放大了地区间不平衡的工业化过程,从而导致了经济增长空间上的不平衡和地区收入差距时间上的持久性和自我增强的特征。
The unbalance of economic growth and enlargement of disparity of income among regions remains a critical problem fro Chinese economy.Based on technology externality,this paper examines the effect of technology innovation on industry cluster and regional unbalance of economic growth.Theoretical and empirical results show that circular causation among the technology externality,industry cluster and regional unbalance of economic growth induces the progressive returns to scale,making the regional unbalance of economic growth persistent and self-enforcing which induce more income disparity among regions.
