摘要
"资源诅咒"命题在我国资源型城市层面同样成立。结合资源型城市现状,从自然哲学视角对资源型城市可持续发展问题进行研究,一方面,基于熵理论,对资源型城市陷入困境的原因进行解释,指出经济转型和产业结构调整的必要性;另一方面,基于自组织理论,从宏观和微观两个层面,研究了资源型城市走出困境的自组织机理,指出经济转型的实质以及如何进行转型。
The proposition of “resource curse” also exists in China resource-based city level. Based on status quo of resource-based city, industry conversion of resource-based city is considered by way of philosophy viewpoint, on the one hand, industry structure characters are explained by Entropy idea, the necessity of industry conversion and structure adjustment are pointed out. On the other hand, Self-organization mechanism of resource-based city industry structure are analyzed from Dissipative Structure and Synergetics idea, the essential of industry conversion and corresponding strategic path are pointed out.
