摘要 有限元分析显示:椭圆形人孔的各个零件中,强度和刚度最薄弱的零件是法兰;而且椭圆法兰短轴越小,法兰密封面的翘曲程度越严重。法兰盖的强度和刚度问题较小,而且宽度缩小到一定程度,短轴方向的刚度会大幅增强,反而削弱了这种翘曲作用。因此,椭圆形人孔的首要失效形式是法兰密封面刚度失效,其次是强度失效。 The finite element analysis shows that the weakest part in intensity and stiffness is the flange among the parts of the elliptical manhole; the shorter the minor axis of the elliptical flange is, the more serious the degree of distortion is. The intensity and stiffness problem of the blind flange is small; furthermore, if its width shrinks to some extent, its stiffness will increase greatly and reduce the warping effect. The first failure mode of the elliptical manhole is the stiffness failure of the flange's sealing face, and the second one is the intensity failure.
