摘要
礼仪是人类最基本的行为道德规范,礼仪是一种社会公德。在图书馆这种服务性非常强的职业里提出礼仪服务是相当重要的。服务礼仪和道德建设是馆员践行服务礼仪的基础,本文分别详细介绍了图书馆员服务礼仪、图书馆群体礼仪以及读者阅读礼仪。
Propriety is human＇ s basic rule of morality and conduct, which is a part of our social ethics. It is important to mention to propriety service in such a service trades as library. Service Propriety and a morality construction is the basic of propriety. This paper individually describes service propriety, group propriety of libraries, and readers＇ propriety in libraries in detail.
