University Libraries Be Cautious in ‘Knowledge Service’

摘要 高校图书馆要从自身职能和客观条件出发,以满足读者期望为基本原则,选择与其建设水平相匹配的服务模式,理性思考其服务定位,必须舍弃一些自身力所不能及的服务,切忌脱离实际地生搬硬套知识服务的概念。 Academic libraries should elect service modes matched with their construction levels and think over their service locations rationally, starting from their own functions and objective conditions, and based on the principle of satisfying readers' expectations. They must abandon some services which are beyond the capability of their own, and avoid copying the concept of knowledge service being divorced from practice.
