摘要
目的:探讨治疗先天性跖骨短缩畸形的有效、安全的手术方法。方法:对患侧跖骨进行截骨外固定器牵引,达到理想长度后进行髂骨植骨,克氏针固定出院,门诊拆除克氏针。结果:本组8个短缩足趾经以上跖骨截骨外固定延长后均收到满意效果,平均延长1.50cm(25%),未出现不良手术并发症。随访6～12个月,效果满意,无1例短缩复发。结论:本文应用截骨外固定术矫正先天性跖骨短缩畸形,完全改善了患者的外观,相对于其他手术方法有显著的优点。
Objective To present a useful and save method of congenitally brachymetatarsia. Methods Congenital brachymetatarsiaes were treated by osteotomy and bone lengthening using the external distraction technique, lilac bone was grafted to the vacant position. The patients were discharged with Kirschner wire. After the bone formation, we pulled out the Kirschner wire in the outpatient clinic. Results All of the 8 patients undergoing osteotomy and bone lengthening in this group received satisfactory outcomes. We have arranged 25% of the distracted length （1.5cm） in the average without any complication. All the patients had 6-12 months follow-up, and none had recurrence. Conclusion After the operations, the patients were cosmetically improved. This technique has some advantages over the previous ores.
