摘要
《伤寒论》对小便状态的辨证分析主要表现在以下方面:从小便的颜色,辨病之在表在里及病变的寒热虚实;从小便调与不调辨表里、先后、缓急、治法;从小便利与不利,辨蓄血与蓄水证;从小便量的多少,辨水气内停之部位;从小便之利与不利、数与不数及尿量之多少,判断大便之软硬或阳明腑实的燥结程度;从小便之利与不利,辨发黄与不发黄;从小便的有与无、利与不利,辨疾病的吉凶转归。
Main syndrome differentiations of urine condition in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases are like this; differentiating the interior-exterior, cold or heat syndrome, asthenia-sthenia from the color of urine; differentiating the interior-exteior, sequences,emergency or not, and therapies from the regulation of urine; differentiating the blood retention or water retention syndrome from smoothness of urination or dysuria; differentiating the location of water retention from the quantity of urine; judging the condition of stool and the constipated degree of yinyang sthenic-fu type from the frequency of urination and quantity of urine; differentiating the color of urine from the promoting urine;differentiating the serious degree and transmission of the disease from the quantity of urine or the smoothness of urination of dysuria.
