摘要
研究了显色剂三溴偶氮胂与锆的显色反应。在1.2mol·L^-1 HCI溶液中,锆与三溴偶氮胂反应形成蓝色配合物,最大吸收波长为640nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.0×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1。25mL溶液中,锆含量在0~20μg范围内符合比尔定律。将该方法用于对苯二甲酸中微量锆的直接测定,相对标准偏差为1.6%~3.7%,加标回收率为98%~102%,结果令人满意。
The chromogenic reaction between tribromoarsenazo and zirconium was studied. In 1.2 mol · L^-1 HCl solution, zirconium reacted with tribromoarsenazo to form a blue complex which exhibited an absorption maximum at 640 nm with a apparent molar absorptivity of 5.0 × 10^4 L · mol^-1· cm^-1. Beerrs law was obeyed in the range of 0-20 μg zirconium in 25 mL solution. This method had been applied to determine micro zirconium in terephthalic acid with RSD of 1.6-3.7% and recovery of 98-102%. The results was satisfatory.
