摘要
针对半连续铸造的H68铜合金带材锭坯热轧时出现表面缺陷,通过分析缺陷的形貌、相及合金成分、组织及晶粒、夹杂及杂质元素,认为导致缺陷的主要原因是铸造产生皮下气孔,热轧时氧化,无法通过压力加工焊合,造成应力集中,形成表面缺陷;次要原因是铸造的夹杂和杂质元素热轧时暴露,由于和基体的变形不协调,形成裂纹。并发现,微裂纹既可能不连续扩展(Z字形扩展),也可能连续扩展。
The topography of the surface defect, the phase and chemical composition, the microstructure, the grain and the impurity elements of hot rolled H68 copper alloy strip from semi continuous casting were analyzed. The results show that the causes of the surface defect on it are subcutaneous blowholes which are oxidized and can't be closed in the process of hot rolling and the cinder inclusion which causes the stress concentration. And microcracks can propagate zigzag or continuously.
