The concept, property and form of tenders inviting and submitting of construction engineering and quoting strategies of enterprise should adopt in order to enhance the rates of winning the bid were introduced so as to tenders submitting experience of construction engineering was accumulated, enhance competitive power and economic efficiency of construction enterprise.
