摘要
阐述了在安全生产和煤炭领域信息研究主要课题成果及出版工作的最新进展;《煤炭法》和《矿山安全法》修订立法工作要点和新增法律规定;煤炭信息研究院成立50年来,在煤炭行业和全国安全生产工作中发挥的重要支撑作用,特别是最近几年来信息院的快速发展。本文还简要介绍了信息院发展战略和近期信息研究及出版工作重点任务,努力为全国安全生产和煤炭行业的发展作出新贡献。
This paper gives an account of the latest development and the main research projects in the field of information research and book publishing business of the National Institute of Occupational Safety （China Coal Information Institute） as well as its involvement in the revision of the ＂Coal Law of the People＇s Republic of China＂, the ＂Work Safety Law of the People＇s Republic of China＂ as well as a series of additional laws and regulations. All these indicate that development of the Institute has been at a fast speed over the last fifty years since it was established and gaining speed over the recent years. This renders the Institute an indispensable and strong role in the coal sector and work safety sector of this country. The Institute＇s development strategy and its focus on information research and book publishing business for the near future are also described in this paper. According to President Huang Shengchu, the author, the Institute is to achieve new and even better contributions to the nation＇s work safety and coal sector development.
