摘要
双密度层流化床可在一个分选槽中同时形成两个不同分选密度的分选区，一台分选机可同时产出３种不同灰分含量的煤炭产品．作者对二元加重质的流化特性进行了实验研究，在此基础上设计了具有锥形过渡段的特殊流化床床型，形成了可用于三产品分选的双密度层流化床，有效地简化了空气重介流化床干法选煤工艺流程．
Doubledensity fluidized bed means that two separating areas with different densities are formed in a fluidized cascade and three coal products with different ash contents can be turned out at the same time.Based on the investigation of fluidized behaviour of binary dense media,a new type of fluidized bed with a pyramidal part has been designed and doubledensity fluidized bed is formed.Thus,the technical system of coal dry beneficiation is simplified efficiently.
