摘要
人才资源问题是制约山西煤炭腾飞的主要因素。通过对山西煤炭系统人才资源现状和人才资源供求现状的分析，论述了山西煤炭系统人才资源总的供求特点，提出了山西煤炭系统人才资源供求均衡实现的对策。
The problem of talent resource is an important factor to trouble the Shanxi′s coal development. The feature of supply and demand of talent resources in Shanxi coal department is discussed and the countermeasure for its balance of supply and demand of talents is suggested based on analyzing the current situation of the talents in Shanxi.
