摘要
为了了解改革开放30年来我国青年思想观念的发展状况,共青团山东省委宣传部、山东省青少年研究所通过问卷调查,在山东省内对不同青年群体进行了调查研究。本文是关于青年职工的思想观念调查的分报告之一,目的在于了解我国青年职工思想教育工作存在的问题,对影响青年职工思想观念的社会环境因素进行分析,并以此提出解决问题的思路和对策。
To inquire upon the development circumstance of China＇ s youth＇ s ideological views within the 30 years＇ reform and opening, Propaganda Department of Communist League Shandong Provincial Committee and Shandong Provincial Researching Institute of Juvenile conducted investigations on youth groups with the province by questionnaire. The essay is the one of the sub - report on youth staff＇s ideological views, intended to inquire upon problems existed in young staff＇ s ideological and educational, analyzing factors impacting on youth staff and worked out train of thought and countermeasures.
