摘要 以上海仪器仪表研究所生产的ZL5型智能LCR测量仪为硬件基础,采用Agilent公司生产的82350A GPIB接口卡和GPIB电缆将测试仪与PC机连接起来,在LabVIEW开发平台下,编制了功能强大的通信、测试与处理软件,组成了一套湿度传感器的自动测试系统。该系统可以对湿敏元件的响应恢复特性、湿敏特性、频率特性、电容特性和复阻抗特性等进行实时测量,极大地提高了测试效率,减少了实验数据处理过程中主观误差。 The 82350A high-performance PCI GPIB interface (Agilent) is connected with PCs by general purpose interface bus. The software platform of the system is written by using LabVIEW package. Several powerful programs are developed based on this system, which can be used to test the humidity sensing characteristics, such as response and recovery characteristic, complex impedance property, capacitance, and hysteresis loop. Additionally, the system can calculate the sensor performance parameters automatically, and the calculation results can be displayed in real time. The results mentioned above make this system very usefully in the test and design of humidity sensors.
