摘要
研究中草药提取物四黄素对鸡小肠黏膜内淋巴细胞分布的影响。试验选用160羽1日龄健康雏鸡,随机分为两组,试验组和对照组,每组80羽。中草药提取物四黄素按0.6%添加到试验组鸡的基础日粮中。试验期40d。试验结束时,每组随机选取24羽鸡进行屠宰,采集鸡小肠组织样本。用组织学方法观察中草药提取物四黄素对鸡小肠黏膜内淋巴细胞分布的影响。试验组鸡十二指肠黏膜内淋巴细胞分布较对照组明显增多,且淋巴细胞有向黏膜腔排放的现象;试验组鸡空肠黏膜内的淋巴细胞分布较对照组更加密集,试验组鸡回肠黏膜和黏膜下层中淋巴细胞有明显聚集现象,而对照组鸡回肠黏膜和黏膜下层中淋巴细胞数量较试验组少。中草药提取物四黄素作为饲料添加剂对鸡小肠黏膜免疫具有明显的促进作用。
The Chinese Herbal Extracted Sihuangsu on chicken small intestinal mucosa lymphocyte cell distribution was tested in the experiment. 160 healthy chickens of 1 day old were selected to put into two groups by random: experimental group and control group, each group with 80 chicken. 0.6% Chinese Herbal Extracted Sihuangsu was added to chicken's basic diet of the experimental group. The trial period lasted 30 days. At experiment end, 12 chickens of each group were killed by random and gathering their small intestinal. The effect of Chinese Herbal Extracted Sihuangsu on chicken intestinal mucosa lymphocyte cell distribution was observed by histology method. The test results showed that the experimental group chicken's duodenum mucosa endolymph cells are obviously increased than the control group. There was one phenomenon in the experimental group that endolymph cells of chicken's duodenum mucosa were emitted in the mucosa cavity. Chicken's jejunum mucosa lymphocyte distributions of experimental group were more crowded than that of the control group. There was obviously lymphocyte accumulation phenomenon in the chicken's ileum mucosa and submucous of the experimental group, and the quantity of that lymphocyte in the control group was relatively little. The erperiment result proves that the Chinese Herbal Extracted Sihuangsu as the Feedstuff Additives have the obvious promoting action to the chicken small intestinal mucosa immunity.
