摘要
从社会工作专业人才培养现状入手,分析其存在的主要问题,在培养目标、师资队伍、课程体系、实训基地等方面探索一种既符合高职教育发展规律,又体现社会工作专业特色的高职人才培养模式。
By studying the present situation about social work education, the paper analyzes the existing major problem, explores one kind of personnel training mode which conforms to the rule of the higher vocational development, and also embodies the social work specialized characteristic from the training objectives, the teachers team, the curriculum system, training base and so on.
