摘要
元代西藏地方正式纳入元中央王朝的管辖,元中央政府对西藏地方进行了全面施政,采取了一系列措施,加强对西藏地方的治理,西藏地方与元中央政府的关系是属领的政治关系。自此,西藏地方始终在中国中央政府的治理之下,对西藏地方拥有完全的国家主权。
In the Yuan dynasty, Tibet was formally brought into the jurisdiction of the central government which took overall administration over Tibet and took a series of measures to strengthen the governing over Tibet. Tibet was then subordinate to the central government in politics. Since then, Tibet has always been under the leadership of Chinese central government which possesses full national sovereignty over Tibet.
