运用系统观点描述了企业科技进步系统要素和系统结构，剖析了系统功能产生的过程，由此指出要加速企业科技进步，必须优化系统结构，使各要素子系统整体协调发展。
State systematic main factors and systematic structures of the enterprise's scientific and technological progress by making use of the systematic standpoints, and analyze the process of forming the systematic functions. Therefore point out that, in order to speed up the enterprise's scientific and technological progress, the systematic structures must be optimized so that all of the main factors and subsidiary systems can be coordinatively developed on a whole.
