超多喷孔喷油嘴流动特性的三维数值模拟

摘要 在超多喷孔喷油嘴中,由于存在2排喷孔,各喷孔的布置与协调更加困难。利用AVL-Fire软件对超多喷孔喷油嘴内流体的流动特性进行了模拟计算,在利用定针阀升程条件下的试验结果对模型进行了标定之后,对实际喷油过程进行了计算与分析,根据计算结果对喷孔布置进行了改进,提高了各喷孔喷油均匀性。同时,计算结果也为缸内喷雾和燃烧计算提供了边界条件。 In excess multi-nozzle injector the collocation and harmony among the nozzles are more difficult because of two row not:des. The simulation of flow characteristic in it is made with the help of AVL-Fire software. After model verification are carried out according to experiment results in fixed needle valve lift, the calculation and analysis are made for true injection process. According to calculated results the improvement in collocation of nozzle is made, and the uniformity of injected fuel quality are increased in improved structure. Meantime, the calculated results are also supplied as boundary condition in the spray and combustion calculation in cylinder.
