摘要
本文设计了一种基于Windows CE嵌入式视频监控系统,具有图像采集、压缩、传输和处理等功能。它的优点在于用户可以在任何地方通过以太网实时浏览监控现场画面,基本上不受距离限制,无须重新布线。
A kind of embedded video surveillance device based on Windows CE operating system was designed. Its major advantage is that the user can view the monitered place from everywhere through the network, alte- viated from the fered by other distance restriction. Repeated wiring is also unnecessary, and it is not to be easily interparts of the computer system.
