摘要
分析了泉州师范学院图书馆的人员结构,说明图书馆人员素质较高,具备了实行学科馆员制的条件.并从学科馆员的选拔、学科馆员的工作方式、学科馆员的岗位职责、学科馆员的管理措施等四个方面对实施学科馆员制进行分析和探讨,提出了实施方案和管理办法.
This paper analyses the personal structure of Quanzhou Normal University Library,points out that the quality education of the librians is high which can satisfy the conditions of the subject system. As for the practising measures, According to analysing and discussing the following four aspects： the selection of subject librian, the working of subject librian, the function of subject librian, and the management of subject librian,this paper gives the effective administration measures.
