摘要
采用文献法、问卷调查法、实地调查法、访谈法等,对泉州市鲤城和丰泽两个中心城区1990-2007年建成的24个住宅区体育场地设施规划与建设现状进行了调查.研究表明:泉州市中心城区居民住宅小区体育场地设施人均总体面积严重不足,种类单一;泉州市中心城区住宅小区体育场地设施规划建设存在问题的主要原因为:城市空间结构、住宅小区开发时期、住宅小区规模、住宅小区体育场地设施立法与执法、住宅小区类型等.
The paper adopts documentary method, questionnaire method, on-the-spot investigation method, interviewing method and the like to carry out a survey on the current situation of PE field planning and construction of twenty-four residential quarters in Licheng and Fengze： the two central urban districts of Quanzhou city,which were built between 1990 and 2007. The result is as follows：the average per capita PE field facilities space in Quanzhou city central residential quarters is far from enough,and the type of the facilities is too simplistic. The urban space structure,the building time and scale of the residential quarters,legislation and enforcement of its PE field facilities, types of residential quarters cause the problems that lie in the PE facilities planning and construction of the central urban residential quarters in Quanzhou city.
