摘要
工程竣工决算报表是全面综合地反映竣工项目建设成果及财务情况的总结性文件。分析了影响工程竣工决算报表准确性的工程设计与工程实施两方面因素的各种具体体现。并针对这些问题提出了解决措施。
The final accounts for the completed project is a kind of conclusive documents to comprehensively reflect the construction achievement of the completed project and its financial status. This paper analyzes all kinds of phenomenon caused by the factors of the engineering design and construction application which could influence the accuracy of the final accounts for the completed project, and proposes the solutions pertinently.
