摘要
在久效磷的毒性胁迫下,扁藻和三角褐指藻细胞的生长严重地受到了抑制(其72h半抑制浓度分别为1.46mg/L和9.74mg/L),藻细胞内自由基产生与清除间的平衡被打破。在自由基过量产生的同时,伴随有核酸和蛋白质含量的降低;与藻细胞清除自由基有关的二种关键性酶过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性也山现下降趋势,因此,作者认为自由基参加了久效磷对藻细胞的伤害。POD和SOD活性的降低是造成藻细胞内自由基过量产生与积累的主要原出之一,而自由基进一步攻击细胞内的大分子物质(如蛋白质和核酸等)进而对细胞形成伤害是久效磷抑制二种海洋微藻生长的一个重要原因。
The growth of Platymonas sp. and Phaeodactylum tricornutum is heavily inhibited by monocrotophos, the balance inside algal cells between producing and scavenging of free radicals is also broken under monocrotophos stress. The results show that the algal cells produce excessive free rachicals when they are exposed to monocrotophos. Meanwhile, the content of DNA and protein decreases, and the decline of SOD and POD activity also ap pears. Therefore, we conclude that the decline of POD and SOD activity makes the algae produce excessive free radicals , and the free radical damages the algal cells by attacking macromolecular substances. So the free radicals participates in the damage of monocrotophos to algal cells, and this is one of main reasons which inhibits the growth of two kinds of mi-croalgae.
