摘要
整体观和系统性思维是中医学理论的重要特色之一,对中医学的现代化研究要基于这一特色,运用现代科学技术进行。本文对本研究组近年来在整体观和系统性思维指导下,应用现代分析技术解决中医药现代化过程中面临的问题所取得的进展做简要综述,主要涉及多维色谱-质谱联用技术和代谢组学在中药化学组成分析、中药质量控制、中药疗效、中医证候科学基础研究等方面的应用。
Holistic concept and systems thinking are the base of the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Use of modern analytical technology would be very helpful for promoting the modernization of traditional Chinese Medicine. Here, we review the recent advances of the authors' group in developing the high resolution analytical and metabonomics platforms as well as their applications in the detailed chemical composition analysis and quality control, evaluation of the efficiency, research of active mechanism of TCM and scientific basis of the TCM diagnosis.
