摘要
基于"教师支持服务体系"建设的视角研究教师培训具有很强的实践意义。西北地区县域教师培训存在着校本培训任务定位不准确、教育主管部门对教师培训缺乏宏观调控、培训前缺乏需求调查、培训模式单一、培训缺乏后续支持等问题,这就要求在县级教育主管部门的统筹下,教师培训机构、县乡学习资源中心、中心学校、校长形成一种"实践共同体",建立起有效的教师学习支持体系。
It is of great practical importance to make studies on teacher training from the perspective of constructing "support and service system for local teachers". There exist problems in local teacher training in the Northwest such as improper orientation of school-based training tasks, departments in charge of education lacking micro coordination of teacher training, making no investigation of demands before teacher training, monotonous training model and insufficient support after the training. Therefore, under the leadership of the department in charge of education at the county level, "communities of practice" including teacher training organs, centers for learning resources at the level of county and township, center schools and principles should be formed and an efficient support system for teacher training should be set up.
