糖络宁对链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠的血糖及冷、热刺激反应的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察中药复方糖络宁对糖尿病大鼠的一般指标及热、冷刺激的影响。方法采用链脲佐菌素诱导建立糖尿病大鼠模型,造模成功后随机分为模型组,西药组,糖络宁高、中、低剂量组给药。观察糖络宁对糖尿病大鼠一般指标及热刺激和冷刺激的影响。结果模型组大鼠糖化血红蛋白较正常对照组大鼠明显升高,糖络宁中剂量、高剂量治疗组能够降低糖尿病大鼠的糖化血红蛋白(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠血糖较正常对照组大鼠明显升高,糖络宁中剂量、高剂量治疗组能够降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖。各剂量糖络宁治疗组对糖尿病大鼠体重均无影响(P>0.05)。模型组大鼠对冷、热刺激的感觉功能变化与正常大鼠比较,存在由痛觉过敏到痛觉迟钝的双相变化。各剂量组糖络宁治疗组均可以改善糖尿病大鼠的痛觉过敏及痛觉迟钝。结论糖络宁可以降低STZ大鼠糖化血红蛋白,降低血糖,明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变症状。 Objective To observe the influences of Tangluoning Oral Solution (TOS) on the general indexes and cold or heat stimulations in rats with diabetes induced by streptozotocin (STZ). Method The rat model of diabetes was established by the induction of STZ, and then all rats were divided into the model group, Western drug group, TOS group 1 (with high dose of TOS), TOS group 2 (with medium dose) and TOS group 3 (with low dose). After the treatment the influences of TOS on general indexes and cold or heat stimulations in rats with diabetes were observed. Result Comparing with the nolTnal control group, the level of glycated hemoglobin increased significantly in the model group and decreased in TOS group 2 and 1 (P〈0.05). The blood sugar level increased in the model group and decreased in TOS group 2 and 1. The rat weight unchanged in TOS group 1, 2 and 3 (P〉0.05). In the model group the responses to cold and heat stimulations showed a diphasic change from hyperalgesia to hypoalgesia, while in TOS group 1, 2 and 3 hyperalgesia and hypoalgesia were relieved. Conclusion TOS can decrease the levels of glycated hemoglobin and blood sugar, and it can also relieve the peripheral neuropathy in rats with diabetes induced by STZ.
