摘要
在直流无刷电机的调速控制中,PWM控制技术是普遍采用的一种控制方法。自然采样法因得到的脉冲宽度时间为一个超越方程,使计算和实时控制较困难,故实际中较少采用,而多采用规则采样等工程方法。但规则采样法因采样点的偏差,使脉冲发生时刻和脉冲宽度都存在误差,使输出的电压、电流谐波含量偏高,电机的控制效果不很理想。因此本文提出一种新型SPWM工程采样法,可有效地降低输出谐波含量,有效改善电机的控制效果。
The PWM technique is an effective method used in speed regulating for BLDC motor. For which the time ofpulse width of nature sampling method is a surmount equation and make it difficult to calculate and real-time control, the nature sampling method is seldom used. And the project method such as regular sampling method is widely used. But for the error of sampling dot, errors exist in both the generation time and width of pulse, and make the content of humorous wave in output voltage and current higher. In this paper, a new SPWM method with nonsymmetrical rules is presented. It can effectively reduce the content of output humorous wave and improve the control of BLDC motor.
