摘要
熔炼了5种不同混合稀土含量的Al-Zn-In-Sn-Mg合金阳极材料。采用恒电流方法,测定了阳极电化学性能,用金相显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)技术观察了阳极晶粒大小、第二相数量及形貌。结果表明:适量的混合稀土(RE)可细化铝阳极晶粒,增加阳极第二相数量;阳极晶粒小,第二相数少,电流效率高;引起阳极电流效率下降的主要原因是自腐蚀和晶粒脱落。
There have casted five kinds of Re content Al-Zn-In-Sn-Mg anodes. Electrochemical properties of the anodes have been measured with constant current method,and their metallicphases have also been investigated by metalloscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results shows that Re can reduce the crystal grain size and second-phase amount, the current efficiency of anode increase. Self-corrosion and crystal grain separation is main reason of low current efficiency of aluminum anode.
