摘要
依据气-固之间相对运动的基本原理,对循环系统的气-固运动行为进行了分析,利用实验所得数据,设计了料封高度;并采用文献[2]推荐的气力输送装置压力损失计算公式,对循环系统的压力损失进行了计算。工业性试验运行的实践结果表明,在本工艺条件下,料封高度的设计是合理的,利用文献[2]推荐的计算公式计算循环系统的压力损失是可行的。
New technology for lignite retorting using solid heat carrier is an effective way to coal utilization.Circle system of solid heat carrier is the key of the technology.Based on kinematics between solid and gas,we analyse relative movement between solid and gas,and design height of hot char in locomotor bed.Meanwhile,we calculate pressure distribution in circle system.Results of working in pilot plant are as follows:design of circle system is successful,appropriate pressure distribution in circle system is very important.
