摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)及其图像后处理技术对大肠癌的诊断价值。方法42例大肠癌患者行多层螺旋CT扫描,图像传输至工作站进行仿真结肠镜(VC)、多平面重建(MPR)、表面遮盖显示(SDD)和透明法(Raysum)重建,并与电子结肠镜(EC)和手术病理对照。结果CT仿真结肠镜结合MPR、SSD和Raysum技术能对大肠癌病变准确定位,并有利于观察肿瘤的形态及特征。但各种图像后处理技术在显示结肠外形、肠腔内外情况、病变的形态、范围及浸润程度等细节方面各有不同。结论多层螺旋CT是一种无创的、快捷、安全、准确的检查方法,对大肠癌的诊断具有很高的应用价值。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice helical CT(MSCT) and the post processing techniques in colorectal cancer. Methods 42 patients with eolorectal cancer underwent MSCT scanning. Multi-mode image reconstructions including multi-planar reformation ( MPR), shaded surface display (SSD), Raysum and CT virtual colonoscopy (CTVC) were performed in the images post processing work station. The image data were compared with electronic colonoscopy(EC) and pathology. Results CTVC,MPR, SSD and Raysum could clearly show the location of masses, and help to observe the shape and character of masses. But there were different value among these post-processing techniques in showing the external contour of colon, the external and internal circumference of colon, and detail data of lesions such as shape, extent and infiltrating etc. Conclusion MSCT is a non-invasive, feasible, safety and accuracy method in detecting colorectal cancer, and playing an very helpful role in the clinical practice.
