本文介绍了U形管式换热器整体管板设计的一种计算方法。该方法是:将管板的钻孔区处理为一块承受均布载荷的当量实心圆板,将管外板侧的非钻孔区处理为一块承受均布载荷的圆环板,考虑了管箱和壳体与管板间的相互作用,采用解析法分析管板的变形和应力,按ASMEⅧ—2的方法对应力进行评定。该方法采用F.Osweiller假想弹性常数,它适用于管孔按正方形排列的整体管板。按其计算的管板厚度比按其它常规设计方法计算的厚度薄。
One calculation method used in designing integral tubesheet of U tube exchangers was introduced in this paper. In the method, the central perforated region of the tubesheet is treated as an equivalent unperforated circular solid plate loaded uniformly. The unperforated ring is treated as a ring also loaded uniformly. Accounting for the forces interacted each other between the shell, the bonnet and tubesheet, the stress and deformation of the tubesheet are analyzed by the theoretical method. Then, the stresses are assessed based on the stipulation in ASME VIII - 2. The effective elasticity coefficient proposed by F. Osweiller, which is apt to the square pitch, is used in the method. The thickness value resulted from this method will be less than that the normal method.
