盘管式加热器是化工厂的主要换热设备之一，其盘管的更换主要涉及胎具直径的确定和弯曲应力的消除。通过液化气加热器的盘管更换，讨论盘管弯曲制作的有关问题。
Coiled pipe heater is one of the main heat exchangers in chemical works. Replacing coil is related to the definition of the mold diameter and the elimination of the winding stress. This paper will discuss these questions through the medium of replacing the coil for the LPG heater.
