摘要
目的:制备低分子肝素钠自微乳缓释胶囊,并初步考察该制剂体外释放特征及抗凝血效果。方法:采用天青A法测定缓释胶囊体外释放度,用毛细玻管法测定其凝血时间。结果:该缓释胶囊能达到12 h的缓释效果,其体外释放呈Higuchi方程,r=0.997 5,凝血时间延长百分率最大可达到(297±21)%。结论:自微乳缓释胶囊能显著延长抗凝血时间。
Objective: To prepare LMWH-Na loaded self-microemulsion sustained release capsule and investigate its anticoagulation effects after oral administration. Methods: The release rate of the prepared sustained release capsule was assayed by azure A chromatometry. The coagulation times of rat blood after oral administration was determined by micro-glass tube method. Results: The sustained release capsule achieved 12 h sustained release effect. In vitro drug release was consistent with Higuchi kinetic equation, r = 0. 997 5. The coagulation times of rat blood after administration reached the highest prolonging percentage of (297±21 )%. Conclusion: The coagulation time was prolonged significantly after the administration of self-microemulsion sustained release capsule.
