Research progression of human leukocyte antigen and esophageal carcinoma

摘要 人类白细胞抗原（HLA）在机体抗肿瘤的免疫效应机制中起到了关键作用。对HLA-Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类分子与食管癌及人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染相关食管癌的研究，有助于了解HLA在食管癌的发生、发展过程中所起的作用，为食管癌的早期诊断和治疗提供依据。 Human leukocyte antigen （HLA） playes a key role in the organism anti-tumor＇s immuno-logical reactivity mechanism. This article refer to HLA Ⅰ kind、Ⅱ kind of molecular and human papilloma vires HPV infection related with esophagus carcinoma research performs separately, is helpful in understanding the role of HLA in esophagus cancer＇ s occurrence process development, provide the new ideas for early diagnosis and the treatment of esophagus carcinoma.
