摘要
目的:探讨经皮肾穿刺微造瘘(mini-PCNL)治疗复杂性肾结石的安全性及有效性。方法:采用经皮肾穿刺微造瘘输尿管镜双频双脉冲(U100)激光碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石35例。结果:23例结石一次取净,6例结石二次取净,4例结合体外震波碎石排净,2例有少量结石残留。结论:经皮肾穿刺微造瘘结合U100激光碎石术治疗肾结石具有创伤小、安全有效、恢复快、痛苦少的优点,是治疗复杂性肾结石的良好方法之一。
Objective： To evaluate the effect and safe of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy （MPCNL） with the frequency-doubled-double pulse laser in the treatment of complex kidney calculi. Methods： Thirty-five cases with complex kidney calcul were treated with MPCNL and frequency-doubled-double pulse laser. Results： The stones were cleared off at one section in 23 cases ,two sections in 6 and 4 cases were cured by ESWL after two sections, 2 cases had a residual stone. Conclusions： MPCNL with the frequency-doubled-double pulse laser is less invasive, effective and safe in treatment of complicated renal stone.
