摘要 设计了一种柴油机双机热备份电子调速系统。该系统由转速传感器、控制器、切换控制模块、功率驱动模块、执行器等组成,可在一个系统出现故障时自动切换到另一个系统,保证柴油机的连续、稳定运行,大幅度提高了系统运行的可靠性。并用研制样机在某柴油机上进行了空载和标定工况下热切换配机试验,结果切换过程平稳,调速性能达到国家一级电站调速性能指标。 An electronic speed regulation system with dual ECU hot-standby for diesel engine was designed.The system is composed of the speed sensor,controller,switching control module,power-driven module,actuator,and other components,which can automatically switch to another system when a system fails to ensure the diesel engine for continuous and stable operating.It will greatly improve the reliability of the system operation.The prototype of this system was used to conduct a switch experiment from idling condition to rated operation condition on a diesel engine.The results show that the switching process is smooth and the speed regulation performance reaches the level of the first class power station.
