摘要
目的观察厄贝沙坦联合灯盏花素对糖尿病。肾病的疗效。方法将70例糖尿病肾病患者分为对照组（n=34）和治疗组（n=36），观察期间检测24h尿蛋白定量、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷（NAG）、肾功能及血钾，比较厄贝坦联合灯盏花素与复方丹参注射液对尿微量白蛋白排泄率和血液高凝状态的影响。基础治疗均使用胰岛素和或口服降糖药，必要时加用钙拮抗剂等降压药物，严格控制血糖和血压在正常范围。结果厄贝沙坦联合灯盏花素可使尿微量白蛋白排泄率显著下降（P〈0．01），同时血液高凝状态也有明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论厄贝沙坦联合灯盏花素对糖尿病肾病有明显疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of irbesartan and breviscapine on diabetic nephropathy. Methonls 70 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided randomly into two groups. The experimental group （n=36） were treated with irbesartan and breviscapine, and the control group （n=3d） were treated with compound Danshen injection. The contents of urinary protein, NAG, renal and serum potassium were tested, and difference between experimental group and control group were compared. Results The uses of irbesartan combined with breviscapine reduced urinary albumin excretion rate significantly （P〈0.01） and improved the blood hypercoagulable state （P〈0.05）.Conclusiona Combination of irbesartan and breviscapine is effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
