摘要
以40只雄性SD大鼠为实验对象,定量跑台运动后,经含糖饮食处理,设置运动前组、运动后即刻组、运动后24 h低糖饮食组和运动后24 h正常饮食组,采右侧股四头肌红肌、白肌、腓肠肌和比目鱼肌,观察肌糖原含量。结果表明:运动前白肌纤维肌糖原高于红肌纤维。运动前后相比,4种不同肌纤维类型骨骼肌肌糖原含量出现先降后升的趋势,正常饮食组大鼠肌糖原出现超量恢复,而低糖饮食组较运动后即刻组肌糖原恢复具有显著性意义,呈低于运动前水平的变化趋势。可见,定量跑台运动和饮食干预能形成大鼠肌糖原的差异。
After certain treadmill exercise,40 Sprague-Dawley rat were divided into tourgroups :pre-exerelse group,post-exercise group,post-24 hour low glucose group and post-24 hour normal glucose group. Muscle glycogen were measured in quadriceps red muscle,quadriceps white muscle,gastrocnemius muscle and soleus muscle. Results showed that muscle glycogen in white muscle were higher than those in red muscle in pre-exercise group. Four type muscle glycogen had the same trend that declined at first and then increased. Muscle glycogen in post-24 hour normal glucose group has the supercompensation,ever, muscle glycogen in post-24 hour low glucose group were still lower than those in pre-exercise group although recovery trend was found. It indicated that the muscle glycogen concentration in different muscle was affected by certain treadmill exercise,glucose drink and food.
