摘要
采用循环伏安法在石墨电极表面合成铂钴微粒修饰的聚乙酰苯胺复合膜电极(Pt-Co/PAANI/C),并分别用XRD与SEM对样品的成分与形貌进行表征。SEM研究表明:铂钴颗粒在聚乙酰苯胺膜上具有很高的分散度,且颗粒大小均匀,电极的比表面积大大提高。考查了复合膜电极在酸性介质中对甲醇的电催化氧化行为,结果表明:与Pt-Co/C电极相比,Pt-Co/PAANI/C电极对甲醇的催化氧化呈现出更好的电催化活性和稳定性。
Poly(N-acetylaniline)(PAANI) film modified with Pt and Co particles was prepared by the cyclic voltammetry method. The presence of Pt and Co in the composite film was confirmed by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It showed that the Pt-Co nanoparti- cles supported on PAANI film were small and well dispersed on the surface of PAANI film. The electro- catalytic activity of composite film towarded the oxidation of methanol had been investigated using cyclic voltammetry (CV) under acidic condition. The results showed that Pt-Co/PAANI/C film electrode presented better electrocatalytic activity and stability towards methanol oxidation in contrast to Pt-Co/C electrode under the condition of the same Pt loading.
