摘要
患者女,47岁,农民。双颧部可见对称分布的淡黄色半透明扁平丘疹4年。皮损组织病理示:真皮乳头内可见无结构的嗜伊红均质性物质,内有裂隙,甲紫蓝染色、PAS染色均(+)。诊断:胶样粟丘疹。
A 47-year-old woman who was a farmer presented with papules on the zygomatica, the papules had grown over 4 years. Histologic features： eosinophilic, fissured amorphous masses subepidermal in corium papilla, the amorphous masses stained positive with periodic acid-Schiff （PAS） and gentian violec. Diagnosis：colloid milium.
