摘要 研究了液态金属挤压铸挂成形的概念和双金属挤压铸挂成形工艺过程,在45号钢坯上铸挂铅锡青铜并观察了试样的挤压铸挂成形效果。结果表明,液态金属挤压铸挂成形是利用铸造与挤压相结合的铸挂工艺,铸挂熔(结)合面在凝固和少量塑性变形的综合作用下实现了较好的凝固贴合与机械嵌合,使一种金属以一定的厚度牢固均匀地涂覆在另一种金属上;分析了液态金属挤压铸挂成形过程与重力铸挂成形过程相比所具有的特点。 Forming conception of liquid metal by punching-casting and forming process of bimetal were described. Forming effects of punching-casting Pb-Sn bronze on the 45# steel billet were observed. The results indicate that the punching-casting forming for liquid metal is the forming process of combining casting with punching, in which bonding interface exhibits better solidification binding and mechanical inlaying by co-action of solidification and somewhat plastic deformation, so one metal can be uniformly and firmly cladded on the other metal with some thickness. The characteristics of punching-casting for liquid metal was described.
