摘要
高温热管是一种高效的传热元件,因为其优异的传热性能,在模具行业有着越来越多的应用。基于高温热管的传热特性,用ANSYS软件对高温热管在陀螺刀浇注模具上的应用进行了模拟分析。结果表明,高温热管在陀螺刀治疗头"浇注模具"上可以起到快速地均温和散热的作用,在保护模具的同时,也使得提高浇注温度成为可能,并使铸件的品质得到改善。
High temperature heat pipe, as a kind of high efficiency heat transfer unit, was widely used in mould industry because of its excellent thermal conductivity performance. Based on heat transfer characteristics of high temperature heat pipe, application of the heat pipe in cooling mould for gyro knife was simulated by means of the ANSYS software. The results indicate that the high temperature heat pipe can be used for cooling the mould.
