摘要
目的:观察四黄痔疮膏治疗痔急性发作的临床疗效。方法:150例痔疮患者随机分组,治疗组100例,给予四黄痔疮膏,对照组50例,给予马应龙麝香痔疮膏。对照观察两组疼痛、便血、水肿、粘膜改变的时效和疗效。结果:治疗组疼痛、便血的平均起效时间分别为:5.0±1.2h和25.0±2.3h,消除时间平均为3.7±1.2d和4.4±1.5d,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。7d两组疼痛、水肿下降分值无显著差异(P>0.05),便血、粘膜改变的分值下降,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组和对照组显效率分别为68%和52%(P<0.05)。结论:四黄痔疮膏治疗痔急性发作起效快,疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of sihuangzhichuang ointment on acute attack of hemorrhoids. Methods： We have enrolled 150 cases with acute attack of hemorrhoids, the treatment group 100 patients were used with sihuangzhichuang ointment, the control group 50 patients were used with rnayinglongzhicuang ointmment, observed the time -effects and treatment -effects on pain, hemafecia, dropsy, rnucosa change. Result： On pain and hemafecia, the average effective times of treatment group were 5 ± 1.21, and 25 ±2.33h, the average elirninative times were 3.7 ± 1.2d, 4.4 ± 1.5d, surpassed the control group. After 7 - daytreatment, Compared with the control group, the treatment group had no significant effection on pain and dropsy, than in the control nroup （P 〉 0. 05）. Hemafecia and mucosa were dimproved, the treatment rates were 68% and 58% , the treatment group surpassed the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： data from study showed sihuangzhichuang ointment is rapid and effective in the treatment of acute hemorrhoids.
