摘要
调制结构广泛存在于天然矿物中,利用具有照相特点的CCD平面高灵敏探测器单晶X射线衍射仪,对公度和非公度调制结构的单晶衍射特征进行了研究,根据倒易点的分布规律和晶胞特点提出了超结构的分类方法和非公度调制结构的高维指标化方法。
Modulated structure occurs commensurate (super structure) and in some natural minerals. The single incommensurate modulated structure crystal X-ray diffraction characteristics of minerals were described using a two-di- mensional CCD area detector diffractometer. The classification of super structures was proposed based on reciprocal lattice and cell characteristics. The high dimensional indexing method was used in indexing single diffractions of incommensurate modulated structure minerals.
