摘要
设计和开发了滑动轴承试验装置,包括数据采集硬件系统和软件系统。在该试验台上进行了改进型袋式轴承瞬态工况下的试验研究,分析了其起动过程中的性能变化。结果表明:改进型袋式轴承油膜温度随载荷和转速的增大而明显升高;轴承油膜温度相对较高,油膜温度最高处出现在下瓦圆弧出口处位置;轴承的压力承载面积大,压力分布较为均匀。
A test rig for journal bearing was designed and manufactured,including the hardware and software system ot data collecting. The transient performance of the modified pocket bearing was experimental studied in the test rig, the bearing performance during its start-up was discussed. The result shows that the oil film temprature of the modified pocket journal bearing rises with the increasing of load and speed. The oil film temprature is higher and the highest point locates at the exit of the underside pad. The area of pressure of the modified pocket journal bearing is large and the distributing of pressure is equable.
