钛酸铝-莫来石-镁铝尖晶石质空心球的研制 被引量:2

摘要 以钛酸铝粉、莫来石粉和镁铝尖晶石粉为原料,分别以淀粉、面粉、小米、尿素为成孔剂,采用滚球法制备了钛酸铝-莫来石-镁铝尖晶石质空心球前驱体,研究了4种成孔剂对其成球性能的影响,并研究了烧成温度(分别为1 400、1 450、1 500、1 550、1 600℃)对空心球强度的影响。结果表明:面粉、小米、尿素由于其空心球前驱体出现开裂或壳体脱落等缺陷而不适合作空心球的成孔原料;以淀粉为成孔剂,通过合适的热处理制度(于286℃保温60 min,升温至1 500℃时再保温60 min),可以获得粒度为1.5~4.5 mm,孔径为1~3 mm,壁厚在0.25~0.75 mm,且外观质量和球度均较好的空心球成品,单个球的耐压强度平均达到15 N以上。 Aluminium titanate -mullite -magnesium aluminate spinel based hollow ball precursor was prepared by rolling-sphere method using aluminium titanate, mullite and magnesium aluminate spinel as starting materials,amylum,flour, millet and carbamide as pore-making agents. Effects of different pore-making agents on the bailing property,and effect of firing temperature (i 400, t 450,1 500, 1 550 and 1 600℃, respectively) on the strength of hollow ball precursor were investigated. The results showed that Flour, millet and carbamide couldn' t be used as pore-making agents due to the sloughing or cracking for hollow ball precursor during preparation. Good quality hollow balls with the particle size of 1.5 -4.5 mm, aperture diameter of 1 -3 mm and wall thickness of 0.25 -0.75 mm were obtained using amylum as pore-making reagent and adopting appropriate heat treatment condition( namely 286 ℃60 min→1 500 ℃ 60 min) ;the average com- pressive strength of single hollow ball was up to 15.0 N.
