放射性核素示踪技术用于淀粉样变的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 淀粉样变是一类以细胞外不溶性蛋白纤维沉积为特征的蛋白质代谢障碍,可导致多种器官功能障碍。所沉积的淀粉纤维呈β型折叠,可与刚果红染料结合而在偏振光下呈特有的苹果绿双折射光,这是淀粉样变组织学诊断的“金标准”。根据沉淀部位可将淀粉样变分为局部性和系统性。系统性病变的临床表现多样,且差异很大,临床诊断需活组织检查确诊。但目前实验室活组织检查存在一些困难:(1)检查部位选择局限,往往只能选取已出现功能损害的脏器进行穿刺,
