摘要
在当代国际社会,国际关系使国际私法的地位得以提升,使各国国际私法的平位理念逐步确立,对国际私法关系主体、调整范围、渊源和性质都具有重要影响;反之,国际私法通过确立国家主权原则和调整国际民商事法律关系影响国家利益的实现和国际关系的发展。正确认识上述问题对我国制定与适用国际私法和把握当代国际关系的发展都具有重要意义。
In the contemporary international society, international relations have hoisted status of private international law. They are also setting up equal idea of private international law of each country progressively. They have played an important influence on the subjects of relations of private international law, adjusted scope of private international law, sources of private international law and nature of private international law; On the contrary, private international law has influenced realization of national interests and development of international relations by setting up the principle of state sovereign rights and adjusting international civil and commercial relations. It has a significance to recognize the issues above correctly for our country establishing, applying private international law and grasping the development of the contemporary international relations.
